Research shows that your lifestyle can affect brain health and making a few changes can help protect your brain. To keep your brain healthy we recommend taking a few positive steps and reduce the risk of developing dementia.
Everyone has different interests and preferences, so the best advice on brain health is to exercise your brain, body and social skills every day with things you enjoy doing. To give your brain a 'workout', you could read, play a problem-solving computer game, do puzzles, or learn something new, like a musical instrument. For your body, regular exercise will keep your heart and brain healthier for longer. What affects the heart also affects the brain, so looking after your heart is a good idea. Even light to moderate exercise helps if it is done regularly. You may not be a social butterfly but it's important to keep being social: get out and meet people, arrange for visitors, take the time to speak to neighbours, phone friends or skype family.

it makes more sense to put the heart section first and change the last section to 'straying active socially. I would also liek txo separate ,mental wellbeing from cognitive wellbing (or somesuch) i.e. have five sections.
This way there is a better structure and less overlap and repetition.
Let's disuss.
